Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

This recipe is a delicious Philadelphia style chocolate ice cream that is super easy that anyone can make.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Make time: 20-25 minutes
Serving size: ½ cup
2 cups cocoa powder
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
Step 1. In a large bowl, whisk the brown sugar, granulated sugar and cocoa powder.
Step 2. Mix in the milk until other ingredients are totally dissolved in the milk.
Step 3. Add the final ingredients. Heavy cream, vanilla and salt.
Step 4. Chill for 1 hour. After that churn for 20-25 minutes or freeze another way.
Step 5. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
