In this article I will be talking about the five pillars of wellness. First, what is wellness? Wellness is everything you do to achieve a healthy mind and a healthy body. The five pillars of wellness are 1 nutrition, 2 exercise, 3 relationships, 4 sleep, and 5 meditation. In this article I will share with you the ways my family achieves a healthy mind and a healthy body.
First I am going to share with you two key things that we do to have a healthy and nutritious diet.
