He is also the founder of CAREducation, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships for WEquil School students and certifies coaches.

Joe Lu is an angel investor and consultant specializing in early stage EdTech startups. He has experience working for top consulting firms such as PwC and Ernst & Young. As an advocate for child-led learning, Joe has been involved in building and investing in EdTech solutions that can personalize learning to each child's strengths, interests and passions.

Elizabeth is a digital learning coach that supports families and educators use WEquil App to create a diverse and quality learning experience. She specializes in helping families create co-ops personalized to their  individual wants and needs.

Rebecca is a former public school teacher and mother who specializes in helping families and educators support neurodivergent children. Her focus is supporting students at WEquil School understand themselves and offers Spanish classes and field trips!
